Sweet Soppressata

Traditional Southern Italian Sweet Soppressata. A blend of our finest pork with salt, black  peppercorn, a touch of chili, thyme, ginger and nutmeg.  

This dry salami can be enjoyed as an antipasto and pairs nicely with olives, roasted red peppers, and sharp cheeses. 

Ingredients: Pork, sea salt, water, celery powder, black peppercorn, turbinado sugar, chili, cherry powder, thyme, starter culture, ginger, nutmeg, clove, in edible collagen casing.
