Raw Wildflower Honey

Our honey goes straight from the comb to the jar.

It is lightly strained and never heated.

Raw honey crystallizes over time, becoming thick and spreadable; if you prefer liquid honey this is easily remedied by heating the honey jar slowly in a pan of water.  Keep it below 100 degrees to retain its raw qualities.
