Our honey goes straight from the comb to the jar. It is lightly strained and never heated. Our honey contains bee pollen, propolis, and the occasional piece of pure beeswax. It is not pasteurized, so it retains all its healthful properties. Raw honey crystallizes over time, becoming thick and spreadable; if you prefer liquid honey this is easily remedied by heating the honey jar slowly in a pan of water. Keep it below 100 degrees to retain its raw qualities.
