Pure Vermont Maple Cream. Also referred to as maple butter, this thick, creamy spread is made from 100% pure maple syrup that is heated, cooled and stirred. Approximately 2 pounds of maple syrup go into every pound of maple cream. We use our lightest grades of syrup to make our delicious maple cream, boiling to 235 deg Fahrenheit, then cooling and stirring the syrup in our maple cream machine. This pure maple spread is great on slices of bread and baked goods and makes an excellent glaze on ham, salmon, sweet potatoes, root vegetables and more.
